The ephemeris can be calculated to include transit-to-natal or transit-to-transit interpretations. They'll appear above the ephemeris in a scrollable list. You simply highlight a hard aspect and click the "Interp" button to pop up a text interpretation. Click the button at the right to see a 15k .gif file showing this feature.
